Employer engagements play a vital role in helping our students develop a meaningful understanding of the world of work and how their learning connects to a wide range of future opportunities. These encounters form a key part of our Constellation Programme, which links curriculum learning to careers and supports students in exploring pathways that match their interests, strengths and aspirations.
At Grange School, we deliver a rich and engaging curriculum that covers all statutory subjects and extends beyond them. To support our students in pursuing future careers, we ensure that every learner has access to at least three meaningful employer encounters each year. These experiences allow students to meet professionals from a variety of industries, gain insight into different job roles, and build confidence in making informed decisions about their next steps.

You can view our Employer Encounter Guide below. This will give an overview of what is invovled with delviering an encouter, suggested activities and a recommeded strucutre of how to deliver the encounter to our students. Teachers and Teaching Assistants will help support the session.
