Every member of the Grange School s community is valued and respected as an individual. We aim to recognise and develop everyone's potential and celebrate achievement in all forms.
Grange School serves a wide community, and our pupils have a range of abilities and come from widely different cultural, social, religious and ethnic backgrounds. We work to make sure that all our policies affecting pupils are based on a partnership between the school staff, pupils, parents, governors and the community surrounding the school. Everyone associated with our school is expected to be seen fulfilling the schools Equal Opportunities Policy as a natural part of their own responsibility within the school; this is highlighted in all termly planning.
